TO APPLY:

1. Download, complete, and print the application form

2. Submit a resume that includes work experience, leadership roles, organization affiliations, and past education/training

3. Submit a copy of your undergraduate transcripts

4.Submit a letter of intent that addresses the following question: Why do you want to become a teacher, and how will your professional experiences help you achieve success in the classroom?

Using MS Word Forms

1. Click on the title of the form you wish to complete.
2. On the menu bar, select FILE > SAVE AS.
3. When the dialogue box opens, select a location you wish to save the completed document on your computer.
4. Type in a name for your completed document. Click SAVE.
