Training and Support
Before selected program members assume full-time teaching responsibility in the fall, they will go through an intensive summer training institute from late May to mid-July, which will include hands-on teaching experience, observation in EBR summer schools, guidance from experienced faculty, and seminars on theory and methodology.
Once teaching, all program members can access an ongoing support network, which includes mentor teachers, meetings with cohort members and regular updates from their program director.
